Segarra TV has dedicated a report to the rehabilitation process of the Convent de Sant Andreu, in Sant Guim de Freixenet, and to its future as a space for film shoots, audiovisual projects, cultural events and rural tourism.

The report shows how this historic complex of more than 2,500 m², made up of the former convent, the castle ruins and a Baroque church, is beginning a new stage of recovery led by Shoot Estudios. The aim is to preserve its essence and adapt it to new uses linked to culture, creativity and the territory.

The works have begun with the church, where the roof and vault are being rebuilt to ensure the stability of the building. The rehabilitation will be carried out in phases and is expected to allow the complex to host cultural activities and events from 2027 onwards.

We are very excited to share this report, as it captures very well the current stage of the project: recovering a unique place, bringing it back to life and turning it into a new cinematic and rural space in the heart of La Segarra.
